Measurements

In Australia we use metric in most things, so when we see pounds we cringe. So I have crossed the imperial and added the metric wherever I have remembered to.

Site used to convert include

dl – huh

Came across this recipe, Meatballs_Lihapullat for Finland and it refers to 1 dl cream and 1 dl breadcrumbs.

dl is Decilitre which was not adopted (on purpose) in Australia and some other countries to simplify or/and make more consistent the measuring of quantities of products.

Any way 1 dl = a little more than 1/3 of a cup or just under 1/2 a cup
